THE GEL CAN BE MADE IN DIFFERENT CONCENTRATIONS SUCH AS GEL CONTAINING 20% JUICE, 40% JUICE ETC AS REQUIRED.  HENCE THE EQUIPMENT CAPACITY IS NOT MENTIONED IN TERMS OF WEIGHT OR VOLUME. CAPACITY OF MACHINES IN THIS SECTION IS SUFFICIENT TO CONVERT 100% OF JUICE PRODUCTION TO GEL.
